What do I wear?
Please dress appropriately for the weather conditions, if it is hot bring sun hats and suncream, if it looks like rain bring waterproof clothing.
What footwear do I wear?
We are on a farm and ground is uneven.Please take care to wear suitable footwear such as
trainers or out door boots in dry conditions. High heels are not suitable. When it is wet wellington boots are a good option!
Can I bring my dog?
Whilst we adore our furry four-legged friends, for hygiene and safety reasons, only registered guide dogs will be allowed on site.
Is smoking permitted?
No smoking or vaping on site.
What if it rains?
Ah, the great British weather! The sites will be open in most weather conditions. However, please check Facebook or this website for any updates.
We always recommend checking the weather forecast and preparing accordingly. Sunscreen, sun hats, rain coats and wellies may all be needed!
How accessible are the sites?
We would like everyone to enjoy our patches but please be aware that this is an event in a grass field with uneven surfaces. These may cause issues for individuals with restiricted mobility. Accessible toilets are available.

Do you accept credit and debit cards?
Yes, we accept all major credit and debit cards as well as cash payments.
Please note that there are no cash machine facilities on site.
What are the opening dates and times?

Do I need to book in advance?
Booking is advised as we get busy but you are welcome to turn up on the day. There may be a delay on entrance without a booking as there is a limit to numbers on site.
