Some Sunflowers are showing, some are still growing!
The Copas family farm, in Cookham, near Maidenhead. This year we are raising money in aid of Great Ormond St to bring you Peter Pan’s Neverland. “Fly” into Neverland, catch up with the Lost Boys, watch out for the ticking croc and try and make sure Captian Hook does not capture you otherwise you will be walking the plank!
We have a good few acres of PYO with sunflowers, highly photogenic wild flowers, as well as crafts to make, ice cream to eat and food to enjoy.
Opening Dates & Times:
Parking is free but we are fundraising in aid of Great Ormond St so you are most welcome to leave your change with us to count and give to this amazing charity!
A Day Out To Remember
Crafts – Make a Tinkerbell wand, sunflower tin pail vase and more!
Prices range from £3.50 to £6.50
Wildflowers – the wildflowers have been specially chosen for their bee appeal
Food – Ice cream, coffee, cakes and hot food
PYO Sunflowers – we have 9 varieties of sunflowers to pick, take home and once you have enjoyed looking at them you could turn them into a bird feeder or use the seeds to make tasty treats! Single stem £1 or 6 stems for £5.00
Photoshoots – Take insta-worthy snaps in the sunflowers and wildflowers or hire our professional photographer.
Plenty of free parking, lots of space to run around, stroll and play. We have portaloo toilets, disabled toilets.
There will also be food, drinks and snacks onsite. Please note we do not allow dogs on site except registered guide dogs.
What to bring
All-weather clothes, wellies, umbrellas, sunscreen, sunhat.
Secateurs and gloves for picking and a big bag to take home your sunflowers.
Spare change to donate to Great Ormond street Children’s Hospital.
Sunflowers, while always beautiful, can also be fickle and unpredictable! Our seeds were planted with the hope that they will bloom through August, they and the weather may have other plans. Please check Patch Conditions for information.
£5 for 6 sunflowers or £1 each.
The Maize that we planted to make the Maze is not good for people to eat.
